OVER 10 RAT DROPPINGS ALONG WALL WITH FANS AND OTHER EQUIPMENT BY THE FRONT WAITERS STATION. --NOTED OVER 10 RAT DROPPINGS INSIDE THE HVAC CLOSET OFF OF DINING ROOM. -- NOTED OVER 50 RAT DROPPINGS ON FLOOR INSIDE THE HVAC CLOSET OFF OF KITCHEN. INSTRUCTED TO DETAIL CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS, ELIMINATE PEST ACTIVITY. INSTRUCTED TO CONSULT WITH PEST CONTROL COMPANY AND HAVE PREMISES TREATED. PRIORITY VIOLATION #7-42-090.
